Subscribe to see all my fitness videos that I’ve created. There are bodyweight, resistance band, dumbbell, and medicine ball workouts. The majority of these workouts you can complete at home. I also include videos on stretching, cardio, and nutrition. You will get access to the entire library.
Need equipment? Here is what I use. I recommend getting a “stackable” resistance band set (with a door anchor) and booty bands. Dumbbells are very useful, and other weights like a medicine ball or kettlebell are nice to have.
