1x1 Remote Training

Online training is a great option for clients that need help with accountability, but might not need the in-person direction from a trainer.

Since this is remote, I can train you no matter where you live! I will create workouts for you to follow, based on the equipment you have access to. A gym environment (free weights, machines, cables, etc.) is preferred for best results. If that isn’t an option for you, just let me know what equipment you do have access to.

Requirements

Every 4 weeks, you’ll be required to…

  • Complete checkin form

  • Provide body measurements

  • Upload progress photos

If these requirements aren’t fully completed, you will be removed from my program* (no refunds). Don’t worry, I will make sure to remind you in advance when these are due. I am working to keep you accountable, and need your full participation for best results!

* A $20 late fee can be paid to be brought back into the program, but can only be used once.


Pricing

I have 1, 3, 6, and 12 month plans available. The longer you commit, the lower the price will be for each month. Payment for entirety of plan is due upfront, that way it’s an easy one-time payment.
