App + You

My online programs are a great option if you are comfortable with exercising but need an exact program to follow. Based on the program you choose, you’ll get workout plans that you can easily follow through my app. Plus, you can upload progress photos and body measurements to see your progress!

Make sure to choose your program based on what equipment you have access to: gym, bands, bodyweight.

After you purchase the program, you’ll receive an email with a link to download the app. Once downloaded, choose a start date. Then go to “program” to view your schedule and begin! You’ll also get a PDF guide that will explain the entire program.
